2) House and rooms :
- Newly renovated
- Air-con ( allows 8 hours per day, can choose timing to on the aircon for those who have shift work such as doctors and nurses. Extended time is allowed with additional charges)
- Light cooking (Microwave,steaming, light stir fry are fine. But no deep frying and cooking/braising for long hours)
- Shared refrigerator (each room rental has 1 individual separated section)
- Boiled hot water and room temperature drinking water are prepared at the kitchen everyday.
- Dining wares and basic cooking wares are available for tenants
- Washing machine (1 pax 2 times per week, 2 paxes 4 times per week)
- Wi-Fi internet
- Television time on News/ can join if the landlord is watching tv shows
- Water heater for bath
- Room well renovated with bed/beds, wardrobe, study desk and dressing table.
Additional accessories in each room rental are extra bedsheets for changing , a basket for rubbish, a basket for collecting clothes for washing.
- With dining table. Tenants can eat on the dining table in the living room.
- Better security system with CCTV camera installed in the non-private areas such as the living room.

3) Visitors :
- Allows not more than 2 female relative visitors to reside with the tenent for not more than 4 days 3 nights a year, when coming for visit. Male relative visitors of the tenant can only allows under the age of 10.(No accommodation fees is collected for the stay of visitors. Only collected some water and electricity bill,each visitor $10 overnight stay and $4 per 1/2 stay).
For male relative visitors age above 10 and other relative visitors, you can easily find affordable hostel near the house within 10 mins walk away.
- Only allows female visitors to enter the house areas, no big group gatheringp. No male friends above the age of 10 is allowed to enter the house.

- Easily accessible from major expressways like Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and Central Expressway (CTE).
Walking distances of 3 mins, 5 mins, 8 mins, 12mins to 6 different bus stops.
