Hi, we are Indian Catholic family looking to rent out our common room.
Our long-time lovely Tenant has relocated back after 4 years, and now the room is vacant.

Details as follows-
$900 for rental
The room is equipped with a bunk bed that fits 2 people.
If it's just one the rent is as is.
Common room equipped with an aircon unit and ceiling fan with light.
If you are expecting to use the AC 24/7, do note there will be additional charges as no one really uses AC at home.
Doubledeck bedframe with Sea horse mattress.
Built-in wardrobe
Amazing WiFi is available.
3 mins walk from Marsiling MRT
Close to many eateries, Polyclinic, supermarkets, Church,temples, causeway points, and more.

No visitors are allowed as there are ladies living there.

We are looking for preferably ladies but we are flexible. The owner is an elderly lady, my mum who lives with her caretaker.
Light cooking ONLY i.e. instant noodles and basic stuff. However, most of the time, my mum cooks a huge feast (you can't really stop a retired chef from cooking, can we?!) and always welcome to share a delicious meal. Trust me , I surely miss home cooked meals, especially when you're living abroad.

You may use the washing machine with a shared toilet. If not there's a laundromat just across.

Tenants MUST be Dog and Cat friendly as we have pets :)
We have a 14 Yr old pup, senior cats, and a parrot.

The pets are toilet trained, but the toilet is well kept. The home is well kept and stench free even with our rescues.

Our home is equipped with CCTV except the room you will be renting.

I'm posting this for my mum, I live in the US, but I'll visit every 6 months.
