- Already Staying 2 person than we looking for 1 south Indian male person only (sharing). 1 separate room
- Well furnished with single size bed with frame, wardrobe, selling fan.
- No A/C but windy and good ventilation.
- Light cooking is allowed, once cooking complete clean and neatly.
- My location near island wise SBS, SMRT and buses transport available & circle line and downtown MRT available. - My location near ubi, searangoon road (tekka), searangoon, MacPherson, Tai seng, industries park nearby.
- Many shops around; NTUC,sheng siong supermarket, icon, Food Courts and etc.
- we looking for Suitable male south Indian only $450 per month (without PUB bills, pub bills calculated per head at every month)
