 Fully-furnished room: Queen size bedframe/respective mattress (exclude bedlinens, pillows, bolsters, blankets etc). No rooms face the corridor.
 Room come with air conditioning, fan, wardrobe, bedside table, writing desk and chair.
 Share free WIFI, toilet, refrigerator, television, washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron & ironing board, dining area, kitchen, coffee maker, utensils, vacuum, humidifier.
 Fortnightly cleaning on Sunday morning included, no replacements if missed.

 Please refrain from eating in the bedrooms.
 For shared areas, please clean after each use.
 Please inform in advance in group chat of potential guests visits. Visitors cannot stay overnight.
 Please be present when utilities are being used.
