Hi, my former flatmate / master tenant has just renewed the lease of a 3bdrm, and has a common room available in a well located condo for anyone open to a 1yr minimum stay. The unit is on fl 9 of a condo that launched 2001. The kitchen and living room are available to use. Outside, there’s a basic gym (with free weights, a bench, a few treadmills, a weight machine and a pull-up bar) and a decent swimming and wading pool.

The condo is a 8min walk from Somerset MRT, and 5-10min walking distance to Robertson Quay.

There are 2 considerate flatmates with one in the master bedrm, and the other in the 2nd common. The master tenant is a guy friend who's from France, with his girlfriend staying with him half the week. My female flatmate/friend is from Russia.
