This unit may not be suitable for families with very young children, as there are no invisible grilles. Pets are not allowed.
2) Tenants who can and will keep the place clean. If you are comfortable, it will be good to show us some photos of your current place so we can be assured of the way you currently maintain your place.
Please take note of the following:
1. The rental does NOT include monthly WIFI and utilities (gas, electricity and water). The tenants are responsible for setting up their own accounts with the respective companies (e.g., PUB, SP) and paying the charges directly to the companies. Any installation of the Internet, telephone and cable TV will also be at the tenants' own expense.
2. Tenants are responsible for paying the one-off stamp duty following the Stamp Duties Act. Tenants need to send us a screenshot after the payment is made. Tenants can use this link to calculate the stamp duty required to be paid:
