The second-storey flat has 2 bedrooms (one of which is unfurnished and will be yours to do as you please), a living room (which also contains the dining space), and a big, bright kitchen. The shower and toilet are located in the kitchen, as are the washing machine and dryer. There are three air-conditioners - one in each bedroom and one in the living room.

The home is still a loving work-in-progress as I moved in just a few months ago, and it will get more homey and cosy over time, if you don't mind! :)

The rent will be $850 per month, inclusive of wifi, not inclusive of monthly utilities. There will also be a safety deposit of $850 required. Looking for a female housemate who is looking for a 6 to 11 month rental.
