We are working professionals, looking for a housemate for our common room in Rio Vista Condo, Hougang. Room is newly furnished with a super single bed and build in floor to ceiling cupboards. Aircon is also newly installed. Common washroom is shared. Cooking is not allowed. We prefer a short term stay for about 4 - 5 months. Cost is inclusive of utilities (water & electricity) and internet and monthly condo maintenance such as facilities like the swimming pool, gym, tennis courts.

We have a toy poodle, so we are looking for someone who has lived with a pet at home or who enjoys the company of an animal. We are looking for someone who is easy going, clean and is a working professional. Prefer a non smoker. If you fit this description, kindly get in touch with us.
